Pintxos or Pinchos is a gastronomic culture that was born in San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain) and that has become very popular. In fact, towns of the Gipuzkoa province like Hondarribia and Zarautz have also adopted this culinary art and some of the best pintxo bars can be found there.

There are also bars of pintxos in other cities of Spain, like Madrid or Barcelona, or even overseas, like in London, Sidney or New York.
